Please note that we set aside time specifically for each client and their scheduled service. Because of this, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If it is your first time with us, please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to complete your intake form(s) and allow us to answer any questions you may have prior to your service/treatment.
Also, should you need to cancel your service, please allow at LEAST 24 hours notice, or you may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25. Once a time is booked, we turn away other clients, and last-minute cancelations impede our ability to serve other clients during that time. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
